I am a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source where my mission is “to help people assess their career and dreams – specializing in their exploration of self-employment options.”
Before becoming a Career Ownership Coach with the Entrepreneur’s Source, I spent 30 years in the high-tech space working for companies like Oracle, Adobe, and Microsoft and an assortment of other IT service-related companies. My career in high-tech had been dedicated to building executive relationships to develop a deep understanding of customers’ critical business challenges and providing technology solutions that helped to automate various business processes.
I came to realize that I was working very hard to help others accomplish their goals and dreams-but I wasn’t doing much to accomplish my own. It is my deep belief that the best use of our lives is when we are in service to others. It is that belief that lead me to join The Entrepreneur’s Source.
The people that I serve are often experiencing some sort of career transition. We begin together a process of discovery with the goal of reaching a point of clarity about the vision they have for their future. All that is required is that they come with an open mind to the possibilities.
My wife Monique and I live in eastern Tennessee (leaving our lifelong home of Orange County Ca in spring 2022). We have 2 grown sons and a granddaughter. Among my outside interests are motorcycles (about anything with 2 wheels!), fitness, and projects around the house. We also enjoy boating on Douglas Lake during the summer months and many of the activity options available with the Smoking Mountains nearby.
